In just three editions, the OptiOrange Valencia has become the most important children's sailing regatta of the Real Club Náutico de Valencia and one of the most outstanding on the international scene, and will bring together more than 300 Optimist class sailors between 8 and 15 years in the famous Valencian regatta course.

OptiOrange Valencia was born in 2018 with the joint organization of the RCN Valencia and the Saint Petersburg Yacht Club with three main objectives: competition, fun and easy access. The initial idea was to serve as joint training for Russian and Spanish sailors, but the success of the first two editions has led it to acquire great international relevance.

Thus, in 2020, with two months to go before the starting gun, the 300 registrations of sailors from 22 different countries have already been exceeded, and it is expected to pass the 350 Optimists at sea, all of them outstanding athletes in their countries. originally.

The Valencia regatta course, famous for having hosted two editions of the America's Cup, has ideal conditions for sailing, and the city of València offers mild temperatures and the March sun, points of tourist interest and gastronomic and the added attraction of being a week from the Fallas.
