The RCN Valencia sailing school adapts to the new health situation

The Real Club Náutico de Valencia adapts its health and safety measures to open its sailing school this summer.

After the lifting of mobility restrictions and the return to the “new normal”, the practice of sailing and outdoor sports are anticipated as one of the options that will offer greater safety to consumers during the coming summer. For this reason, the Real Club Náutico de Valencia has decided to reopen its sailing school this summer, adopting special health and safety protocols.

“We all really want to see the regatta base again with the good atmosphere that characterizes it and fill the sea with sails again, but we are aware that for this to take place we must be cautious. We have worked on protocols and imagined the different scenarios to be able to reopen and provide service in the best possible safety conditions”, they assure from the club's sailing school.

The summer campus, which will be open between June 22 and September 4, including the month of August, has been scheduled in compliance with the measures proposed by the government and the Higher Sports Council and following the recommendations of the Royal Federation Española de Vela and the Valencian Community Sailing Federation, which have adapted to the particularities of the club's facilities and activities.
